Govt of India, Niti Aayog annouced “Lucky Grahak Yojana” for the customers who are making digital transactions. They will pick 15000 members daily and award 1000 INR per member for hundred days. Which will cost just 1500 crores. On top of it, Weekly and Bumper Prize amount is extra.

With these 1500 crores they can spend on rural development. At least 1500 villages can be covered for Electricity, Drinking water, Education etc.
